Our online booking and shopping options are the fastest and most efficient way to get the products and services you need. If you have any other customer care requests, please allow 24-48 business hours for our team to respond via email or phone. PRIVACY & SAFETY
When booking with or purchasing from Glow & Go Beauty Co., you consent to sharing your personal information with us. We use this personal information to successful book services, fulfill orders and keep you informed of our store updates. If given additional permission, customer photos will be used by Glow & Go Beauty Co. Please note Glow & Go Beauty Co. uses third parties, such as but not limited to, Vagaro, Faire and PayPal.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please cancel/reschedule your appointment(s) at least 24 hours in advance. Any late cancellations and/or reschedules will be subject to a $50 late fee (or the full cost of service if priced less than the cancellation fee). All no shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
All unlimited memberships will be auto billed to the card on file each billing cycle. All unlimited memberships require a 30 day notice to pause or cancel. Last billing cycle may be charged. All service packages are non refundable, non transferrable. All packages are promotional, discounted services intended to be used within 365 days of purchased (unless otherwise stated). Value never expired, and packages may be extended with a new promotional-priced package of the same service.
All products are final sale.
